The Situation

As This Dot continued to grow in the era of AI and their clients' needs evolved, so did the complexity of leading a distributed, high-performing organization. Leaders were navigating expanding responsibilities, changing team dynamics, and the challenge of maintaining alignment while continuing to innovate and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

The leadership team wanted to strengthen communication, deepen collaboration, and ensure every leader was contributing to a shared vision. They recognized that sustaining a healthy culture required more than occasional leadership training. It required ongoing development, meaningful conversations, and dedicated time to strengthen relationships.

To support that growth, This Dot partnered with ADVAgo to create an annual leadership coaching experience that reinforced alignment, connection, and leadership effectiveness.

Our Approach

Together with the leadership team, ADVAgo designed an annual Leadership Coaching Partnership that created space for leaders to reflect, strengthen relationships, and align around shared priorities.

The partnership combined three interconnected experiences that reinforced one another throughout the year.

Group Leadership Learning Circles

Leaders participated in facilitated group leadership Learning Circles where they explored real leadership challenges, strengthened communication, aligned around priorities, and learned from one another's experiences.

Team Strengths Assessment

Using a team strengths assessment, leaders gained a deeper understanding of individual communication styles, strengths, and potential blind spots, as well as collective team strengths, helping them build trust and collaborate more effectively together.

Executive and Leadership 1:1 Coaching

One-on-one coaching supported executives, leaders, and peak performers as they navigated organizational growth, strengthened decision-making, and developed the leadership capacity needed to lead through change.

Together, these experiences created an ongoing rhythm of reflection, alignment, and leadership development that supported both individual growth and organizational success.

What Changed?

Leadership Alignment Strengthened

Leaders developed greater clarity around priorities, improved communication, and aligned more effectively around organizational goals.

Collaboration Deepened

A stronger understanding of individual strengths helped leaders appreciate different perspectives, build trust, and work together more effectively.

Leadership Capacity Grew

Executive coaching created space for reflection, accountability, and continuous leadership growth, helping leaders navigate new challenges with greater confidence.

A Culture of Alignment Emerged

Rather than treating leadership development as a one-time event, This Dot established an annual leadership rhythm that supported continuous learning, meaningful connection, and stronger organizational performance.

"We've worked with Noa for years, and her guidance has consistently elevated our team. She has supported our leaders through group sessions, offered individualized coaching at all levels, and helped reveal the subtle interpersonal dynamics among our staff. By highlighting both the strengths and the challenges of our diverse personalities, Noa enables us to understand each other better and collaborate more effectively."

Why This Worked

Leadership alignment isn't created through meetings alone.

It grows when leaders have dedicated time to reflect, build relationships, understand one another's strengths, and have meaningful conversations about the work that matters most.

Group Leadership Learning Circles created opportunities for shared learning and connection.

Strengths assessments helped leaders understand how they work best together.

Executive coaching supported individual growth while strengthening collective leadership.

Together, these experiences created greater alignment, stronger relationships, and a leadership team better equipped to guide the organization through continued growth.
