Bio

Throughout my experiences in athletics, leadership, and now my work at ADVAgo, one belief has remained constant: meaningful connection is where true leadership begins. As a student-athlete and team captain at Princeton University and UNC, I saw firsthand how genuine connection, trust, and a willingness to understand different perspectives create stronger teams and healthier cultures. This continues to shape how I approach my work today. I enjoy creating opportunities for people to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another, and I believe meaningful conversations have the power to create lasting ripple effects. Outside of ADVAgo, I’m training toward the 2028 Olympics, where I’m reminded every day that growth comes through reflection, consistency, and a willingness to keep learning.
