Majela Fonseca is a marketing and business development leader who turns strategy into momentum for founders, firms, and the communities forming around them. She supports the technology and life sciences entrepreneurial ecosystem across the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle in North Carolina. She is the co-founder of Carolina Climate, where she built the brand, community, and go-to-market from the ground up.

Majela finds real meaning in helping diverse communities and the founders within them be seen and supported. Building partnerships, facilitating connections, and telling the stories of the people building what matters is her Ikigai, the same spirit of meaningful connection at the heart of ADVAgo.
