Assessments
Create awareness of the strengths, patterns, and blind spots that shape how people work individually and together.
Why Assessments
Assessments give people a shared language for what they may already be experiencing but haven’t had the words to name.
They can uncover strengths, differences, patterns, and blind spots that influence how people communicate, make decisions, respond under pressure, navigate conflict, and work together.
The assessment is not the work. The value comes from creating awareness of how we show up with ourselves and others, then using a shared language to have better conversations, reflect together, and understand one another better. Most of us are not trying to get in each other’s way; we simply see and respond to the world differently.
From Me to We
Assessments start with individual awareness, but the opportunity is what happens when people begin to understand one another.
Teams can see how different strengths interact, where differences create value or friction, and how individual patterns shape the way the team works together.
The conversation shifts from “this is how I work” to “how do we work better together?”
“Understanding how different people on my team respond to stress changed everything.
When someone asked for more data in a meeting, I used to lose patience.
Now I recognize what’s driving that behavior, slow the conversation down, and respond with more compassion.”— Executive, Pharmaceutical Company
When We Use Assessments
We use assessments as a starting point for meaningful conversations with individuals, teams, cohorts, groups, and communities, integrating them into coaching, leadership programs, offsites, and other experiences when they serve the goal.
We can use ADVAgo assessment tools or integrate assessments already used within your organization.
