Team Coaching
Get Your Team
Solving Problems Together
Team coaching creates space for teams to strengthen how they work together as they work through their team goals.
The goal is not to make your team dependent on a coach. It is to create awareness of team behaviors and strengths that improve or get in the way of communicating, challenging each other, making decisions, holding one another accountable, and getting themselves back on track when we are no longer in the room.
Why Team Coaching
Sometimes the work gets done, but the team isn’t really working as a team. Decisions keep moving back to the leader, roles and expectations get blurry, important conversations are postponed, and people stay focused on their own work instead of solving challenges together.
Team coaching is also valuable when the team itself is changing. A new leader, new team members, a merger, growth, or a shift in direction can change how people need to work together. And sometimes the team is already strong and wants to become more intentional about how it communicates, makes decisions, holds one another accountable, and moves forward together
Your Journey
How We Work With Your Team
in 4 Simple Steps
Every team is different. We focus on what is getting in the way or what could make the team stronger, from communication, trust, feedback, and conflict to roles, decision-making, accountability, team strengths, cross-functional collaboration, and navigating change together.
CO-DESIGN
We start by understanding the team’s goals, challenges, dynamics, and what needs to shift.
ALIGN
We align the team and its leader on priorities, expectations, and what progress will look like.
CONNECT
The team works through real challenges together, learning from one another and using the work already in front of them to strengthen communication, trust, decision-making, and accountability.
MOMENTUM
The team builds awareness of what works, notices what gets in the way, and learns how to get itself back on track without relying on us long-term.

Working With a Team Coach
We create space for your team to step out of the day-to-day, have meaningful peer conversations, and make intentional decisions so you can move the shared work forward.
-
The team coach asks questions, reflects observations, and brings an outside perspective to help the team see its patterns, relationships, and impact more clearly. The team notice patterns, challenge assumptions, and see more clearly what may be helping or getting in the way.
-
Team coaching is an ongoing partnership focused on how the team works together while addressing the real work already in front of them. The goal is for the team to build awareness and practices it can continue without the coach in the room.
-
Description text gThe coach is not the only source of insight. Team members learn from one another, challenge assumptions, exchange perspectives, and solve problems together, strengthening the team's ability to rely on peers rather than always escalating to the leader.
